4.1 Common Issues & Fixes #
- Device not connecting to WiFi?
- Ensure your phone is on a 2.4GHz WiFi network.
- Restart your router and try again.
- Move the controller closer to the router.
- Heater not turning on?
- Check if the power supply is connected properly.
- Verify that the temperature setting is higher than the current pool temperature.
- Inspect the temperature sensor connection.
- Inaccurate temperature readings?
- Make sure the sensor is fully submerged in water.
- Check for any debris or buildup affecting the sensor.
4.2 Resetting the Lumi Heater Controller #
- Hold the reset button for 10 seconds until the LED blinks.
- Reconnect the device to the Illuminex App following the setup steps.
