Troubleshooting & FAQs

4.1 Common Issues & Fixes #

  • Device not connecting to WiFi?
    • Ensure your phone is on a 2.4GHz WiFi network.
    • Restart your router and try again.
    • Move the controller closer to the router.
  • Heater not turning on?
    • Check if the power supply is connected properly.
    • Verify that the temperature setting is higher than the current pool temperature.
    • Inspect the temperature sensor connection.
  • Inaccurate temperature readings?
    • Make sure the sensor is fully submerged in water.
    • Check for any debris or buildup affecting the sensor.

4.2 Resetting the Lumi Heater Controller #

  1. Hold the reset button for 10 seconds until the LED blinks.
  2. Reconnect the device to the Illuminex App following the setup steps.
