Free Shipping to Canada & USA

At Illuminex Pool, we are committed to providing free shipping on all orders to Canada and the USA for our end-user customers. We want to ensure a seamless and cost-effective shopping experience for all our valued customers.

Dealer Shipping Policy

Our authorized dealers also qualify for free shipping, but some products are excluded from this offer due to their size and handling requirements. The following items are not eligible for free shipping:

• Pool Filters – Due to their large size and weight.

• Waterfalls Larger than 4 Feet – Oversized items that require special handling.

If an order includes these items, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout or invoiced separately based on the delivery location and size of the shipment.

Shipping Carrier & Delivery Time

We ship all orders using UPS Standard Shipping to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Estimated shipping times vary depending on the destination:

• Canada & USA: 5-10 business days.

Once an order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions & Exclusions

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

• Remote locations may require additional shipping time.

• Special handling fees may apply to oversized or custom orders.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
