At Illuminex Pool, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:

Custom or special-order items.

Items that have been installed, used, or modified.

Clearance or final sale items.
Return Process

Initiate a Return: Contact our support team at info**@illuminexpool.com** with your order details and reason for return.

Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

Ship the Item: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Inspection & Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, a refund (minus the 25% restocking fee) will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund without additional fees.
