Installation Overview
- Shut down the circulation system.
- Relieve all system pressure.
- Confirm the intended direction of water flow.
- Position the valve so the flow arrow matches the system flow.
- Prepare the pipe and socket connections.
- Apply approved PVC primer and solvent cement.
- Insert and align the plumbing without allowing excess cement inside the valve.
- Allow the connection to cure according to the cement manufacturer’s instructions.
- Restart the system and inspect for leaks and proper operation.
