AquaPump VSF Variable Speed Pump

AquaPump VSF is a variable-speed pump with WiFi control:

• HP options: 2.2 HP and 3.9 HP

• Plumbing: Standard 1.5" or 2"

• Energy: Up to 80% savings vs. single-speed pumps

• Quiet operation: Whisper-quiet motor design

1. Disconnect old pump (turn off power and drain water)

2. Mount AquaPump VSF on a level pad

3. Connect inlet and outlet using the included unions (check O-rings)

4. Wire to a properly rated GFCI breaker

5. Prime the pump before first use

Always have a licensed electrician handle the electrical connections.

Set runtime via the Illuminex app:

• Filtration mode — Low speed for quiet, energy-efficient circulation

• Cleaning mode — High speed when running the cleaner

• Backwash mode — Maximum flow for filter backwash

• Spa mode — High flow for jets

Recommended: 8–12 hours per day at low speed for typical residential pools.

• Weekly: Empty pump basket, check for debris

• Monthly: Inspect lid O-ring for cracks

• Annually: Have a tech inspect motor bearings, seals, and electrical connections

• Off-season: Drain plugs out, store indoors in cold climates

Pump won't prime: Check water level, basket lid seal, and air leaks on suction side.

Tripping breaker: Could be a failing capacitor or motor. Have a tech diagnose.
